With over 28 years of diverse business experience, Mandar is a seasoned entrepreneur and digital strategist who has led transformational initiatives across FoodTech, EdTech, AgroTech, and e-Governance sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles, blending deep domain knowledge with a passion for innovation and social impact.
Mandar is the Founder of Techknowsmart Consulting, a boutique digital strategy consulting firm that has successfully partnered with over 100 clients across industries and geographies. Through Techknowsmart, he has designed and implemented scalable digital solutions that have improved operational efficiency, performance, and profitability for businesses navigating complex challenges.
Currently, Mandar is also leading Changemaker, a flagship social initiative by Techknowsmart, dedicated to creating sustainable livelihoods for urban and rural youth. The platform focuses on empowering micro and small entrepreneurs in sectors like vehicle washing & maintenance, tiffin services, dairy, and domestic services by providing access to capital, markets, and mentorship. With Changemaker, he envisions enabling thousands of self-employment opportunities across Maharashtra and beyond.
